Comfrey Police Department (merged / disbanded)

This changed. The City of Comfrey's own site states plainly: 'The City of Comfrey Contracts with the Brown County Sheriff's Department for their police service' (contract formalized per a Dec. 12, 2023 Brown County board meeting synopsis). No independent Comfrey Police Department currently exists.
