Dunnell Police Department (merged / disbanded)

This changed. Could not find any current evidence of an independent Dunnell Police Department. Dunnell is a very small city (population 133 at the 2020 census) with no dedicated municipal website at all -- Martin County's own official city/township directory lists only a Facebook page (facebook.com/DunnellMN) as Dunnell's online presence, and neither that page nor Wikipedia's entry for Dunnell mentions a police department. The area appears to be covered by the Martin County Sheriff's Office (Sheriff Jeff Markquart, 507-238-3166; dispatch/non-emergency 507-238-4481; 201 Lake Avenue, Fairmont, MN 56031). Tried: Martin County city directory page, Dunnell's Facebook page, and Wikipedia. Could not confirm a formal disbanding date, so flagging as merged/covered by the county rather than confirming a still-active department.
