Eagle Lake Police Department (merged / disbanded)

This changed. The Eagle Lake Police Department was dissolved. A 4-year contract between the City of Eagle Lake and the Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office took effect Jan 1, 2024, and the city's own site states this contract 'replaced the Eagle Lake Police Department.' Deputies now use the old Police Office inside Eagle Lake City Hall. Non-emergency calls go to Blue Earth County Dispatch at (507) 304-4863; records requests go to (507) 304-4814.
