Randall Police Department (merged / disbanded)

This changed. No Randall Police Department could be confirmed. Randall's own official site (randall.govoffice2.com) lists no police department among its city departments/staff, and the Morrison County Sheriff's Office page explicitly states: 'The cities of Little Falls, Royalton, Motley and Pierz have municipal police departments that receive primary or secondary support from the Sheriff's Office' -- Randall is not among the four named cities. Coverage for Randall is provided by the Morrison County Sheriff's Office, 320-632-9233.
