Spring Grove Police Department (merged / disbanded)

This changed. Spring Grove no longer appears to run its own police force. The city's own official 'Police Department' web page directs all crime reporting straight to the Houston County Sheriff's Office/Dispatch Center (507-725-3379) and its posted Annual Police Reports run only through 2020 (nothing since), suggesting the department was disbanded around that time. This is corroborated by the Houston County Attorney's official contact page, which lists 'Houston County/Brownsville/Eitzen/Spring Grove' as covered by the Houston County Sheriff's Office at 507-725-3379 rather than by a separate Spring Grove PD. Coverage for the area now: Houston County Sheriff's Office, 507-725-3379.
